Postage Adjustment for Non-local Mail Services

2026.10.15

With effect from 30 October 2026 (Friday), the postage rates of Speedpost, Surface Parcel, Air Parcel, e-Express+ and Bulk Posting of Lightweight Mail Items (Surface) will be adjusted to reflect changes in service costs, including conveyance cost, delivery charges levied by postal administrations of destinations, and the cost of handling outbound mail. Due to cost differences, the increases in postage for individual destinations and different weight steps will differ slightly. Hongkong Post will continue with its efforts to manage its cost with a view to provide affordable and quality services.
